How long is the TAT (turn around time)?
All bows are custom made to order, and will ship or are ready for pick up within 7-10 business days.
How do I know how much shipping will cost?
Standard shipping to anywhere in the United States is $4.25.
Insured shipping is also available for $5.25 which will cover any damage/loss to your package caused by USPS.
Where is the local pick up option?
Local pick up is available from ZB headquarters in White Marsh, MD!

What finishes are available?
All boweys are available on nude nylon, black nylon, or alligator clip (meant to stand at base of ponytail). We also have the option to put boweys on hair ties (thick or thin) and satin-wrapped plastic headbands (add in cart notes).
